We understand that you may not always be fully satisfied with an answer, though this happens rarely. Every expert strives to meet their audience’s expectations. Since paid 1:1 conversations are a service-based offering, they are non-refundable once the response has been delivered.

However, you have a few options if you're unhappy with an answer:

  1. Rate the response – you can leave a low rating (1-5 stars), which will be publicly visible on the expert’s profile

  2. Report an issue – If you believe the response was fraudulent or inappropriate, please contact us at hello@wois.io, and we will review the case
